James M. Ticus has developed numerous projects throughout the metropolitan Chicago area over the last 25 years. He has also been involved for many years in commercial and residential brokerage and investments. He has resided in Evanston with his wife, Jessica, and two children, Douglas and Julia, for almost 20 years.

John M. Crocker, Jr. and Polly R. Hawkins are the owners of J. Hawk DDI LLC. Until his recent retirement, Jack served as President and CEO of Opus North Corporation, which is one of Opus Corporation’s five regional operating companies. Opus is a national design-build construction and real estate development organization. Polly is a registered architect and has served on the Evanston Preservation Commission. Jack and Polly are married and have raised their three children in Evanston.
